Cavod, a faith based performing arts organization, approached me with a request to create print and digital graphics to advertise a performance for CityLight Dance Theatre. The show, Out of Darkness into Light is a dance performance inspired by redemption and freedom found in faith.

My goal for this design was to create a soft and inviting graphic that can be utilized for a variety of digital and print material applications like posters, flyers, ads, social posts, and ads for playbills. With a vignette fading into the edges of the warm imagery, the viewers focus moves from the image to the word Light. The opacity shift within the type slowly brings the awareness of the entire title and the show information into focus.
